Is back from the Jungle!

Three days, two nights of sharing a chalet with 13 girls. What can I say but it was uberly awesome!! Not to mention bising berabis tahap gaban! tapi my room is the quiet room. Kami masuk, and SCHLEEP. Lol.
And its not your poshy type of chalet. Its the ‘ada katil ada toilet, khalas!’ chalet. Basic neccessities. But being away from our ‘posh’ lives, a break from technology, from texts, from emails, from blogs, from facebook, from the husbandwas quite a relief.
It was a mix feeling to return to Brunei. I was relieved because I SO NEEDED MY REST AND WATER. I was uber dehydrated there. Especially in my condition, it can be quite harmful.
Sad in a sense that, it was fun roughing it out especially with people you loooovvveeee
away from all the hustle and bustle of our normal lives, we went back to the basics and got in touched with our souls.
Tidur sebantal, sharing selimut, mandi ikut queue (nada aing panas!imagine tah kamu mandi pukul 4am!), makan sedulang, tidur atas paha masa tazkirah (huhuhu tak baaiiiikkk), solat berjemaah, naik bukit dengan tudongnya, dan seluar panjangnya, dan t-shirt muslimahnya, di dalam hutan yang, ya Allah
, sangat panasnya! COBAAN~
We’re like, eh, if sisters can do it fully covered, then brothers should be able to do it as well! eseh! udah atu, balik, kapisan! hahah.
And I went trekking! Yes! Up up we went! InsyaAllah, no harm done
Waaahh..writing about it makes me wanna go back….but with a box of air sehat this time. hew hew hew.
I think for my girls and I, it was a hafazan trip. huhuhu. We were motivated to hafal this (uber long) surah and I reckoned it is much more effective to do it in a group because you are more motivated. You see your ukh has already memorise up to ayat 5 and you’re just at ayat 3, you want to catch up.
My husband joined the trip as well, alhamdulilah
He got to observe, interact and experience some of the things which is part of my life that he has yet to encounter whence we’re in Brunei. Alhamdulilah, most were positive feedback
Next trip lagi, syg ah? Hew hew hew.
My husband and I were separated most of the time and I acted like I was single again. Har har har. Jgn mareeeee~ tapi masa balik dalam keretaaaa…pigang tangan nda lapas. Cana kan tu kan antar suami ke Palestine ni?
This post is pretty random. Will be back with a better post, insyaAllah, after I’ve fulfilled my other responsibilities yang tertangguh selama 3 hari.
On a different note, my stats has been off these past week. Huhuhu. What is so fascinating about what I write, I have yet to discover, but ahlan wa sahlan to my humble abode and I hope you enjoy your stay here. What I write is based on what I read, thought about, felt and experienced. In some ways it depicts my personality, in other ways, it doesn’t
Please don’t judge me as a person because I have flaws coming out my ears left right front center, but judge the message that I try to send across (occasionally when i write something beneficial. hew hew hew) which is the message of Islam.
I welcome you all again with open arms.
Til then, jaga diri and jaga iman
